How we make & supply

Made like ours.
Packed for yours.

Everything is produced in our own San Francisco factory, the same way we make it for our counter.

Delivered ready to assemble. You receive labeled trays and pans with simple reheating and assembly instructions, so every sandwich tastes the same — whether you're serving 20 or 200.

The included guide

Serve it in four steps.

Every new wholesale account includes our "How To Make Bánh Mì" guide — the same sequence our own line runs all day.

  1. Prep the bread

Lightly toast baguettes until the crust is crisp. Slice lengthwise, leaving a hinge so the sandwich holds together.

  2. Add spreads

House pâté (if using) on one side; mayonnaise or house sauce on the other.

  3. Add proteins & pickles

Layer pre-cooked pork, chicken, or tofu. Top with pickled carrot and daikon, cucumber, jalapeño, and cilantro.

  4. Wrap & serve

Cut in half for dine-in or trays. Wrap for takeaway, or box for catering.

Built for turnover. This system keeps your line fast and your quality consistent, even with new staff.

Wholesale FAQ

Before you ask.

Who is your bánh mì wholesale program for?

We work with new shop owners, existing restaurants, cafes, food trucks, and ghost kitchens that want to add Vietnamese bánh mì without building a full kitchen from scratch.

Is there a minimum order for baguettes or fillings?

Yes. Minimums depend on your location and product mix, but most partners start with at least one case of baguettes plus core fillings. We'll recommend a starting volume based on your concept and projected traffic.

Can you help me if I have never run a food business before?

Yes. We can share basic prep guides, line setup suggestions, and sample menus. You'll still need to handle licensing, staffing, and local regulations, but we'll guide you on product, portions, and pricing.

Wholesale pricing

Tell us about your concept and we'll send pricing, minimums, and next steps within 1–2 business days.

A month or season is fine — e.g. "October 2026" or "spring".
